CG Naukri provides digital content (Online Mock Tests). Due to the nature of digital goods, which are accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally **do not offer refunds** once a test series has been unlocked.
If your payment was successful but the content was not unlocked due to a technical glitch, please contact us at support@cgnaukri.in. We will verify the transaction and manually unlock your access or process a refund within 48-72 hours.
In case of accidental double payment for the same exam series, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
Requests must be sent from your registered email ID with the Razorpay Payment ID attached.
